Our favourite stinky tofu around! Super crispy and pungent - just the way it should be. Waaay better than anything you could get at a nightmarket in Toronto. Also it's $10 for an entire plate!

Walking towards the restaurant, the smell of tofu hit you like a brick wall of mould. Sounds super gross but it's hella tasty if you're into it! Can't go here and not order stinky tofu. We go here every time we get a craving for it!

As long as you can stand the smell of stanky tofu, def come here for the beef noodles.

The soup is deep, beefy, and kinda has a nice chinese herbal taste to it. The noodles are perfectly chewy. Beef pieces are super flavourful and tender.

If you're getting a large, dat bowl is LARGE. No half-assing their sizes here.

Also, their chili oil is VERYYYY good.

Pleasantly surprised with okay service, decent decor, and overall delicious food.  But be warned, the whole restaurant REALLY smells like stinky tofu. Like it's really pervasive. I don't mind, I like the smell but it's not everyone's cup of tea.

I had the dumpling and beef soup, stinky tofu, and beef and beef tendon noodle soup.

The beef, the namesake of the restaurant, was flavorful and tender, definitely worth coming here to check out

Stinky tofu was perfect, a good portion, and very delicious.

There was a lot of dumplings, and they were well made.

The noodles were also chewy and paired well with the beef and soup.

Overall worth checking out. Would love to try the mixed noodles or side dishes next time.

Food: The soup of the noodle is super yummy with a hint of sweetness. They gave me a good balance of beef tendon and beef brisket, both tasted soft easy to chew. The noodles were okay somewhat chewy but not the best i have had. Stinky tofu were really yummy as well, really similar to ones in Hong Kong, but not sure if it is as good as the ones in Taiwan night market.

Portion: Normal but I think the stinky tofu is WAYYY too overpriced. I get that its hard to find stinky tofu here in Canada but really? $9.45 for some tofu? I think thats a little bit mean.

Environment: not super clean but acceptable for a quick meal

Tried this place on a whim, and it was just okay. When we walked in this bad smell hit us. It smelled like garbage and bleach. It should have been a red flag but I wanted to still give it a try since I've been telling myself I would. I know this place still makes stinky tofu, in fact the entire strip knows, you can smell it from outside. I like stinky tofu, but I just can't stand the smell.

The beef noodle soup is okay. Noodles are decent, broth is decent, portion size is decent, but I've had better.

The dumplings are quite good, but are really lacking in salt. I don't how else to describe it. You can tell that the quality and the ingredients of the dumplings are good, but you don't really taste the seasoning.

I liked it, but not enough to come back. Oh... and they only take cash...
